We recently delivered a seminar hosted by the wonderful 18 St John Street Chambers on ‘Forensic Science from a Defence Perspective’. Jo Millington & Lynne Hingley discussed the strengths, limitations and misperceptions of forensic DNA evidence.

The session was attended by solicitors and barristers typically representing clients in which scientific evidence played a part in their case.
